Almost 34 years ago, Mike gave up surfing every day to obtain his real estate license so that he could focus on getting rich in real estate and go back to surfing every day before he was 30. Life sometimes does not work out the way we plan… Mike is still selling real estate today and only a Sunday surfer when the water is warm and the waves are good.
Mike has had a diversified career beginning with selling raw land in the Antelope Valley from a high-rise building in Beverly Hills, to multiple office & national franchise top producer, co-owner/manager/trainer/recruiter of one of the largest offices in the area with over 300 sales agents, co-owned his own development company, co-founder of a national REO Broker Network, and co-author/owner of two REO-software programs which enabled him to close in excess of 300 properties in 1996. Mike has sold thousands of REO for dozens of institutions across the country.
Mike has been a firm believer in REOMAC and their Mission. He has actively supported the organization for years having co-hosted the annual golf tournament from 1987 through 1999, Program Chairman 1996-1997, and in 2001 chosen as candidate for “Outstanding Associate Member of the Year”.
Mike is also a firm believer of the old fashioned ethic of “Good Hard Work” and fully understands that his job is to make his Asset Manager “shine” by providing superior service and results. He is a “hands-on” broker that has learned to never “over-delegate”… he knows the importance of being involved in every step of the REO process.
